Khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ chuyển tiền (gọi tắt là "dịch vụ") được cung cấp bởi Công ty chuyển tiền nhanh Nhật Bản SPEED (gọi tắt là “SMTJ”) thừa nhận và đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

  1. Dịch vụ không phải là giao dịch mua bán ngoại hối thông qua các ngân hàng.
  2. Dịch vụ không phải là các giao dịch ngân hàng như nộp tiền, tiền gửi tiết kiệm hay trả góp..v.v. bởi SMTJ (tham khảo điều khoản 2.4 của luật ngân hàng).
  3. Các dịch vụ không thuộc đối tượng thanh toán bảo hiểm theo điều 53 Luật bảo hiểm tiền gửi và điều 55 của Luật bảo hiểm tiền tiết kiệm hợp tác nông nghiệp và thủy sản.
  4. Công ty SMTJ thực hiện nghĩa vụ bảo đảm quyền lợi cho người chuyển tiền thông qua Văn phòng pháp lý Tokyo.
